Involved in Rhoer Club, Jack and Jill of America, Little Swans with the Fort Worth Assembly, participated in the Alpha Beautillion, and took some cool trips!

 

2022

This year has been one of growth and excitement.  We are coming out of isolation from Covid and getting back into the swing of life.  You are RHOER PRESIDENT and represented APS Rhoer Club at Centennial Boule in Indy.  You are still loving the Little Swans with the Fort Worth Assembly, and exciting times with Jack and Jill as the Community Service Chair.  You're doing well in your college classes and finished the year basically done with TCC.  You've made a new friend in Math Circle which has turned into a friend outside of Math Circle.  I think you're realizing how rare a good friend is as you navigate the Jack and Jill dynamics.  

You love to skate out front.  You love being on your phone, TikTok, watching TV still, and reading books.  You are a super sweet Soul and truly a life light.  Still very sweet, thoughtful, and loving.  You started doing your own natural hair (and do a great job).  

You are taking more of your own pictures (on your phone) and keeping your own memories and keepsakes - so there's less to share here as you grow.  But those captures I receive from Google Photos, texts from you, Daddy, or other parents taking pictures, I grab and try to include here for your memories.  But as you grow up, those are harder to get.  It's all good because as you get older, you'll REMEMBER these moments without photos and a few photos will trigger the memory and you'll be able to relive moments easily.

2021 in Review

This girl is thriving! Not only is she an absolute joy to raise, she is wicked smart, hysterically hilarious, super compassionate, and as gorgeous as they come! She has transferred to Texas Woman's University and is a member of The Little Swans with the Fort Worth Assembly, a Rhoer of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, she plays the piano, does Math Circle/Club. She is very active in Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and is due to start martial arts and formal cotillion this upcoming year. She loves to bake, read, skate, care for our 3 dogs, and is a lowkey TV critic. She is an active member of the Sierra Club (so she can "save the EARF"). She met some cool friends at the Black Girls Rock Conference. Covid is still slowing things down, but she is working around it and excelling despite the pandemic.
